Morning PT

The first thing the cadets do in their day is physical training. The Cadet Commander made sure that this year would be especially rigorous. After running ½ mile as a warm up, the cadets complete a circuit workout, including pushups, crunches, mountain climbers, and the all important flutter kicks.

With sore abs, the refreshed and fully awake cadets proceed to shower and change into the uniform of the day. By being introduced into a level of rigor most have not yet seen, the cadets will return to their squadron fully motivated to increase the PT level, and lead everyone to their full physical potential.
